Since 1984, the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) has declared May to be “National Asthma and Allergy Awareness Month.” It’s a peak season for people with asthma and allergies, and a perfect time to educate patients, family, friends, co-workers and others about these diseases.

Help us this month bring awareness to asthma and join in on some fun games, contests, and education sessions.

The Asthma and Allergy Awareness Foundation of America is debunking myths and misinformation about asthma and allergies, including what causes them and how to treat them.

Take part in our Art Contest! 

The purpose of the Art Contest is to give students the opportunity to promote respiratory health through artwork that inspires people to think, discuss solutions, and take action to keep their lungs healthy.

Open to all students in grades 1st -12th attending school in Tarrant County! Open May 1, 2023 - May 19, 2023!

OR

One winner per category – elementary, middle school, high school.
Each winner will receive an art supplies kit and an Asthma 411 swag bag.
